Sunshine Coast Corals Returns & Refunds Policy


At Sunshine Coast Corals, we stand behind the health of our livestock upon arrival. We understand the importance of your new additions and offer the following guarantee:

1.  DOA (Dead On Arrival) or Loss Due to Delay:We will provide a full refund (excluding shipping & box charges) for any corals or livestock confirmed DOA or lost due to significant shipping delays.
2.  If Your Shipment is Delayed:Please don't lose hope! Corals can often be surprisingly resilient. We ask that you accept the delayed delivery and give the livestock a chance. Carefully acclimate them as usual upon arrival.
3.  Reporting an Issue:If you experience losses:
    *   Notify us via email within 12 hours of the shipment's arrival time.
    *   Include clear details of the issue and a photo clearly showing the losses.
4. Refund Process: Valid DOA claims meeting the notification window and photo requirement will be credited back to your original payment method.
5.  Shipping & Box Charges: Please note that all shipping fees and insulated box charges are non-refundable, as these costs are incurred regardless of the shipment's outcome.
