Arrive Alive Guarantee
At Sunshine Coast Corals, we proudly offer an “Arrive Alive Guarantee” on  ALL livestock. While we are confident in the health of our specimens and our meticulous packaging and shipping methods, shipping remains an intensely stressful experience for corals, fish, and invertebrates. Some species are inherently more sensitive than others.  

If your new coral, fish, or invertebrate arrives deceased, we will provide store credit or a replacement of the same item. Shipping costs for replacements are covered only if over half your order is DOA (Dead on Arrival).  

To Expedite Your Claim:  
1. Clear Photos: Submit one or more unedited photos of the specimen. *No images = no guarantee*.  
2. Detailed Description: Explain the issue thoroughly.  
3. Treatment History: For corals, disclose any dips, medications, acclimation steps, or tank placement.  
Contact us immediately** if issues arise—we may help revive the specimen!  

Critical Notes:  
- Fish: Covered *only* via Airport-to-Airport shipping.  
- Corals & Invertebrates: Covered for both* Airport-to-Airport and Door-to-Door.  
- DO NOT discard specimens without explicit authorisation from Sunshine Coast Corals. Doing so voids the guarantee.  
- DO NOT refuse damaged/leaking shipments—contact us first!  
- Predatory Species: Guarantees may be voided if non-reef-safe fish/invertebrates (e.g., angelfish, puffers, triggers, crabs, shrimp, or coral-nipping wrasses) reside in your tank. Sunshine Coast Corals cannot be held responsible for predation on new additions.  
- Expert-Only Items: Specialty livestock marked "expert only" in the description may be excluded from this guarantee.

Airport to Airport: Priority is sent via Qantas freight 

We also charge set amounts for Priority based on the size box your order requires. For up to 5kg we charge $100.  For 5kg to 20kg, we charge $150. 

Airport to Airport also includes our FULL Livestock Guarantee and is our recommended form of transport for all livestock due to the security it provides.
